About the Role

At Kiddie Time Childcare Center, we believe in the importance of family and supporting our staff to be their best. We provide comprehensive training to help you excel as a teacher and grow personally and professionally. Early childcare education is crucial, and we greatly value our teachers' important role in the lives of the children at our centers. Our management team offers support to help you manage stress and anxiety, and we provide a minimum of 5 Mental Health days per year for self-care. We strive to create a supportive environment where you can thrive with guidance, understanding, and support.

We are currently offering a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus (after 90 days of successful employment) for all Lead teachers at our center. We seek enthusiastic teachers at all experience levels who are passionate about singing, dancing, storytelling, and nurturing young, energetic children.

As a Teacher at Kiddie Time, you will have the opportunity to help young minds explore, discover, and understand the world around them.
